RESULTS OF THE RENOUNCEABLE CLAW BACK OFFER                                     
Further to the announcements dated 27 November 2008, 4 December 2008, 5 December
2008 and 15 December 2008 regarding the Renounceable Claw Back Offer ("the Claw 
Back Offer"), Metorex shareholders are advised that the results of the Claw Back
Offer of 129 461 597 Metorex ordinary shares ("Claw Back Offer Shares") to      
Metorex shareholders or their renouncees at a price of 200 cents per Claw Back  
Offer Share in the ratio of 34.94 Claw Back Offer Shares for every 100 Metorex  
shares held on the record date of the Claw Back Offer, which closed on Friday,  
23 January 2009, are as follows:

the Claw Back Offer Shares as detailed in the table below:
