RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
1.   RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                 
Shareholders are advised that the requisite majority of shareholders approved   
the special resolution and all the ordinary resolutions proposed at the general 
meeting held today, Tuesday 23 December 2008, relating to the conclusion and    
implementation of a specific issue of shares for cash wherein the Company raised
R485 million, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 1 December 2008 
("the specific issue").                                                         
The implementation of the specific issue is subject to the following remaining  
conditions:                                                                     
-    lodging of the special resolution with the Companies and Intellectual      
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") for registration; and                
-    registration of the special resolution by CIPRO.                           
The shares pertaining to the specific issue will be listed on the JSE on or     
about 24 December 2008.                                                         
2.   REMINDER OF CLAW BACK OFFER DATES                                          
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December   
2008 wherein the salient dates of the claw back offer, which opens on 5 January 
2009, were set out.
