Shareholders are advised that Metorex`s annual financial statements for the     
year ended 30 June 2008 will be posted to shareholders on or about 22 December  
2008 and contain no changes or modifications to the consolidated reviewed       
provisional results as published on SENS on 21 August 2008 other than a         
reclassification between taxation and deferred tax and the separation of the    
deferred tax asset and liability on the face of the balance sheet as            
illustrated below:

shareholders will be held at Ballroom 2, Hyatt Hotel, 191 Oxford Road,          
Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa on Tuesday, 20 January 2009 at 10h00 to    
transact the business as stated in the notice which forms part of the annual    
report.
