FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 28 August 2008 and the subsequent  
renewal of cautionary dated 9 October 2008, shareholders are advised that       
negotiations are still in progress with Ngami Trading Close Corporation trading 
as ON-TAP, incorporating TILES-ON-TAP ("ON-TAP") which, if successfully         
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s securities. 
ON-TAP operates as a plumbing, sanitaryware and tile retailer in East London,   
Gonubie and Mthatha. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue          
exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a further     
announcement is made.
